How to survive in the next 21 days
When the biggest doubt is "Will you survive?"
then why not make use of the time that you have. Think these 21 days in this way - what is it that one thing you wanted to do provided you had time. If this is the last few days of your life how you want to spend these days without going out of your home. What is it that makes you happy, actual happiness, bring joy to your soul, may be tears in your eyes!
Each of us will have different answers.
After reading these many of you would think "Where is the time for all these, Boss? We are working from home plus since there is no maid we have to do the household stuffs on our own. Double work for us!"
But I am sure amidst the schedule you get sometime in a day to look through the news update on Corona Virus or Covid 19, you surely take out time to browse through Amazon Prime or Netflix, you surely browse for one or two innovative cooking recipes in the internet. So why not think about that one thing which has kept you interested since your childhood days, that one thing which makes you happy but you couldnt do that as you were afraid of being judged.
We all will have different answers for this question.
For some of us connecting with friends, relatives, near and dear ones gives that kind of happiness. So why not take out sometime of the day and call and connect with the people - may be one or two people each day and show them that they matter to you.
For some of us painting gives that solace of peace. So why not take out pen/ pencil/ paint brush whatever is there at home currently and just paint your thoughts.
For some of us singing or dancing releases the happy hormone. So why not indulge yourself in these. Since you are at home no one will judge you on your singing or dancing ability.
If you are keen to make an impact on the society this is the time when you can start your own cooking blog or travel video or audio on your own youtube channel.
If you want to develop new skills, this is the time when you may learn new language or any kind of skill online. There are plenty of online websites which will provide you with free courses.
Reading a book or playing an instrument or cooking or doing exercises are few of the self grooming things which can be done.
Netflixing or Facebook browsing or creating memes and forwarding it to people is not bad but lets also utilise this time in building ourselves as a better human in all possible manner. Covid 19 has taught us that we can look towards the greater goal, for a brighter future unitedly breaking all the barriers like the political, socio economic differences. Why not take this time and make ourselves a better human for a better world to live in. And what more can be better than being happy from inside. Lets all strive towards that goal - the goal of being actual happy in real and true sense. Coz when you are actually happy from inside you wont try to vent out your frustration and create negativity on social media, you wont try to prove to others that you are enjoying your life, you wont need to mock or try to insult another human.
So try to find your inner happiness in these 21 days, eat healthy, do exercise regularly and most importantly stay indoors! DO NOT STEP OUT OF YOUR HOME!!!
